Remote Monitoring and Management

Our RMM solution is delivered via a SaaS-based management portal, and is built to dramatically increase your operational efficiency – allowing us to easily monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, servers, mobile devices and other endpoints for our clients.

Our proprietary IntelliMon™ alerting system generates smarter, more actionable alerts than any other platform. When Valiant GS’s RMM agent is deployed, it immediately starts capturing performance information and scanning system processes, applications, and event logs. Elite Server Care

Elite Server Care provides unparalleled support, allowing you to create and assign issue-based tickets to our NOC technicians for full problem resolution. You can also forward any event identities, application messages, windows error messages and other anomalies to Valiant GS for best-effort troubleshooting and resolution.

Essential Server Care

Essential Server Care provides basic monitoring, alerting and ticketing to help you operate more efficiently. You’ll spend less time filtering alerts and researching resolutions, and our NOC will alert you when critical issues arise.

Preferred Server Care

With Preferred Server Care, you can completely offload server monitoring and management to Valiant GS’s NOC. Alerts and tickets are sent to our remediation teams, which remotely connect to troubled servers to apply the appropriate solution. You can monitor systems and ticket statuses from anywhere.

Total Desktop Care Plus

Valiant GS’s Total Desktop Care Plus (TDC+) offers the optimal blend of RMM tools, back office services and bundled third party software options to provide efficient and effective desktop management. TDC+ features include patch management, antivirus and anti-malware, remote access, client communicator, client access portal, reporting, free interactive technical training, and more.

Fully-Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery VGS247 is Valiant GS’s fully-managed backup platform supported by our Network Operations Center (NOC) which monitors and verifies backups, provides recovery and testing support, troubleshoots and ensures backups run 24×7. The platform leverages a secure, reliable cloud (IBM’s Cloud, SoftLayer Infrastructure), and is designed to offer flexibility, predictable pricing and a full suite of packages to maximize your margins.

VGS247 is designed to manage both local and cloud backup and disaster recovery intelligently and economically. Packages are priced based on the live data on each protected machine, and include a customizable option with pooled storage. All packages are billed monthly with no annual commitment.

VGS247 Packages

All VGS247 packages include Server Backup Manager (appliance software), and protected server backup agent software – and all are fully-managed by our NOC technicians to help keep you focused on growing your business.

Solo

Includes 1 daily cloud recovery point (an image containing yesterday’s data) and unlimited local backups for each protected machine on the appliance.

Complete

Includes 15 fixed cloud recovery points in a 12-month period (5 daily, 3 weekly, 6 monthly, and 1 yearly) and unlimited local backups for each protected machine on the appliance.

Flex

Includes customizable cloud recovery points and unlimited local backups for each protected machine on the appliance, and pooled cloud storage.

Local

Includes unlimited local backups, limited only by the size of each protected machine on the appliance, with no cloud storage.
